Job Description

  • Provide round-the-clock care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, and multi-organ dysfunction.
  • Perform advanced airway management, intubation, ventilation management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Supervise and collaborate with junior residents, nurses, and paramedical staff.
  • Monitor and interpret ECGs, arterial blood gases (ABG), and laboratory investigations to make timely clinical decisions.
  • Administer critical medications, sedation, and vasopressors per ICU protocols.
  • Assist in procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
