Job Description
- Conduct field visits, community surveys, and outreach programs (urban & rural health centers).
- Participate in implementation of national health programs (e.g., immunization, TB, maternal & child health).
- Plan and conduct health camps, awareness programs, and screening activities.
- Perform epidemiological studies, data collection, and analysis.
- Support surveillance, reporting, and monitoring of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- Assist in preparation of health reports, statistics, and documentation.
