Job Description
- Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in the ICU or high-dependency units.
- Monitor and manage life-threatening conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac arrest, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Perform invasive procedures like intubation, central line placement, and mechanical ventilation management.
- Prescribe and adjust medications, fluids, and supportive therapies for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, for comprehensive care.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, lab results, and organ function to guide treatment decisions.
