Job Description
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and other quality documents.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP, GLP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (WHO-GMP, USFDA, etc.).
- Handle deviations, OOS, OOT, change controls, incidents, and CAPA with proper investigation and documentation.
- Prepare, review, and control SOPs, specifications, protocols, and quality-related documents.
- Conduct internal audits and support external/regulatory audits and inspections.
