• Perform routine QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Record and analyze test results accurately.
• Prepare QC reports and escalate deviations or out-of-specification results.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration.
• Assist in internal audits and support documentation for regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for quality-related issues.
• Ensure safe laboratory practices and proper handling of chemicals.
