  1. Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for cashless and reimbursement claims.
  2. Verify patient insurance details and ensure proper documentation for claim processing.

  4. Resolve claim rejections, discrepancies, and billing-related queries.
  5. Maintain updated records of TPA agreements, tariffs, and approval status.
  6. Liaise with billing, MRD, and clinical departments to ensure smooth claim workflow.
  7. Monitor outstanding claims and ensure timely settlement from TPAs/insurers.
  8. Prepare MIS reports on TPA performance, approvals, and revenue realization.
