Job Description

  • Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, including trauma, degenerative diseases, and congenital conditions.
  • Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopic procedures.
  • Provide pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, and rehabilitation planning.
  • Manage orthopedic emergencies and coordinate with critical care teams when required.
  • Supervise and mentor junior orthopedic surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other specialties for comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based orthopedic treatment protocols and surgical guidelines.
  • Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and outcomes.
