1. Provide intensive nursing care to post-operative and critically ill surgical patients.
2. Monitor vital signs, ECG, oxygen saturation, CVP, and other hemodynamic parameters.
3. Administer IV medications, fluids, blood products, and pain management as prescribed.
4. Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, suction devices, and other life-support equipment.
5. Observe for post-surgical complications such as bleeding, infection, or respiratory distress.
6. Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
7. Assist surgeons and intensivists during emergency procedures and bedside interventions.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
