The Service Engineer is responsible for planning and executing service calls, ensuring top-quality technical support to enhance customer experience. This role involves demonstrating expertise in industrial scales, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and delivering on key performance indicators. The engineer upholds organizational values through effective on-field services, proactive communication, and adherence to good documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service KPI's-

• Service Planning & Execution:
• Plan and execute all types of service calls (weekly/monthly) without escalations.
• Ensure top-quality service delivery for internal and external customers.
• Customer Experience Improvement:
• Enhance customer experience by providing technical solutions and proactive planning.
• Utilize strong communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of industrial scales and related products.
• Stay updated on technical advancements to support effective problem-solving.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads for services and products based on customer needs and interactions.
• Ownership & KPI Delivery:
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and operational excellence.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

• Lead service performance by showcasing organizational values during on-field service delivery.

Language proficiency:

• English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage.

Experience:

• 2-4yrs. Experience in similar field, preferably in healthcare or industrial weighing instruments/ Lab weighing instruments.
• Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.
• Experience on Weighing Scales would be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility with working hours, as the role may demand extended hours to support urgent cases.
