Job Description

  1. Assess and manage OPD and IPD patients requiring rehabilitation services.
  2. Develop individualized rehabilitation plans for neurological and orthopedic cases.
  3. Provide pain management and electrotherapy treatments.
  4. Supervise physiotherapy and occupational therapy sessions.
  5. Manage rehabilitation for stroke, spinal cord injury, and trauma patients.
  6. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  7. Coordinate with surgeons, neurologists, and orthopedicians for comprehensive care.
  8. Perform functional assessments and disability evaluations.
  9. Maintain accurate medical records and rehabilitation documentation.
  10. Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
  11. Guide junior doctors, interns, and therapy staff.
