Job Description

1. Plan, design, and execute research experiments and studies.
2. Lead assigned research projects and ensure timely completion.
3. Analyze experimental data and prepare technical & scientific reports.
4. Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and SOPs.
5. Ensure compliance with GLP/GCP, safety, and regulatory standards.
6. Supervise and guide Research Associates and lab staff.
7. Conduct literature reviews to support research objectives.
8. Troubleshoot experimental issues and optimize protocols.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing).
10. Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.
11. Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
12. Manage laboratory resources, equipment, and inventory.
13. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of instruments.
