1. We are looking for an experienced Senior Pharmacist cum Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the OPD Pharmacy.
2. The role will be responsible for inventory and stock management, timely procurement and replenishment, FEFO/expiry control, stock reconciliation, audit readiness, NABH compliance, medication safety, documentation and MIS reporting.
3. The incumbent will also supervise pharmacy staff, ensure accurate and timely dispensing, maintain proper records, minimize stock variance/wastage and coordinate with concerned departments for smooth pharmacy operations.
4. Guide and supervise junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
5. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare departments.
6. Maintain accurate pharmacy records, registers, and billing documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and safety standards.
8. Counsel patients regarding medication usage, dosage, precautions, and side effects.
9. Conduct regular stock audits and minimize medicine wastage.
10. Support procurement and coordination with pharmaceutical suppliers.
