Job Description
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the Cardiothoracic Operation Theatre.
- Assist cardiothoracic surgeons during surgical procedures by providing required instruments and supplies.
- Ensure all surgical instruments, sutures, and equipment are sterile and properly arranged.
- Monitor and maintain surgical asepsis throughout the operation.
- Count surgical instruments, sponges, and needles before and after procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Handle and pass surgical instruments efficiently during cardiothoracic surgeries.
