Job Description

1. Diagnose and treat rheumatic and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
2. Manage patients with joint pain, inflammation, osteoporosis, and connective tissue disorders.
3. Conduct detailed clinical assessments and interpret laboratory and imaging investigations.
4. Prescribe and monitor disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and biologic therapies.
5. Perform joint injections and aspiration procedures when required.
6. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
7. Coordinate care with orthopedicians, physiotherapists, dermatologists, and other specialists.
