3. Initiate and manage treatment plans under the supervision of senior pediatric consultants.
4. Monitor growth, development, and immunization status of pediatric patients.
5. Handle pediatric emergencies including respiratory distress, seizures, dehydration, and infections.
6. Assist in neonatal care, including resuscitation and stabilization of newborns (if assigned to NICU).
7. Prescribe medications accurately based on pediatric dosing guidelines.
