• Manage radiologists’ schedules, duty rosters, and appointment planning.
• Ensure timely reporting and dispatch of radiology reports.
• Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) for imaging reports.
• Handle patient communication regarding reports and procedures.
• Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and departmental records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and radiation safety standards.
• Support quality audits and accreditation processes (NABH/JCI)
