- Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL and other statutory and accreditation standards.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
- Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) and patient safety initiatives.
- Monitor quality indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and present reports to management.
