• Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL and other statutory and accreditation standards.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
• Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) and patient safety initiatives.
• Monitor quality indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and present reports to management.
