Job Description

1. Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished oral solid dosage products (tablets, capsules) as per SOPs.
2. Conduct physical, chemical, and analytical tests including weight variation, hardness, disintegration, and assay.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, and other analytical equipment.
4. Record, analyze, and report test results accurately in QC logs and batch records.
5. Investigate deviations, Out of Specification (OOS) results, and support corrective actions with QA guidance.
6. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety standards in all QC activities.
