Job Description

  1. Maintain and monitor Quality Management System as per ISO / GMP guidelines.
  2. Prepare, review, and control SOPs, batch records, and quality documentation.
  3. Conduct internal audits and ensure closure of non-conformities.
  4. Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure quality compliance.
  5. Handle customer complaints, deviations, and implement CAPA.
  6. Ensure proper validation, calibration, and documentation of equipment.
  7. Assist during regulatory audits and inspections.
  8. Maintain quality reports, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
