Job Description

• Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water as per SOPs.
• Conduct environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas (air, surface, personnel) and analyze trends.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media and reagents according to pharmacopeial standards (e.g., United States Pharmacopeia, European Pharmacopoeia).
• Carry out microbial limit tests, sterility tests, endotoxin testing, and pathogen identification.
• Maintain microbial cultures, reference strains, and laboratory equipment calibration records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., World Health Organization, Food and Drug Administration).
