Job Description
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using HPLC.
- Prepare mobile phase, standard solutions, and sample preparations as per approved STP (Standard Testing Procedure).
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain HPLC systems as per SOP and GMP requirements.
- Interpret chromatograms and calculate results accurately as per specifications.
- Conduct method execution for assay, related substances, dissolution, and impurity profiling.
