- Ensure implementation and compliance of quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR).
- Monitor adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and investigations.
- Review and control documentation including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
