Job Description

Plan and manage procurement of medical and non-medical items, equipment, and services.
Develop vendors, negotiate rates, finalize contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare purchase indents, tenders, comparative statements, and purchase orders.
Ensure cost optimization, budget adherence, and inventory planning.
Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, biomedical, and user departments.
Ensure compliance with hospital purchase policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
Monitor vendor performance, resolve supply issues, and manage escalations.
Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
