Job Description
- Diagnose and treat respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, tuberculosis, pneumonia, lung cancer, and interstitial lung diseases.
- Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests (PFT), spirometry, and sleep studies.
- Perform procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and pleural biopsies.
- Manage patients in OPD, IPD, and ICU settings (especially ventilator management).
- Provide care for critically ill patients with respiratory failure.
