  • Project: Strengthening Primary Healthcare in Rural India Through Digitally-Enabled, Community-Based Care Model Implementation Across Selected Block Health Centres (Frontline Health Worker Support, Digital Health Platforms, Assisted Telemedicine)

Job Description

Program Planning and Management

  • Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the project across multiple sites.
  • Develop and monitor work plans, timelines, budgets, implementation strategies, and reporting frameworks aligned with project objectives and donor requirements.
  • Oversee implementation of community-based digital health interventions including screening camps, telemedicine services, referral pathways, digital workflows, and follow-up systems.
  • Identify implementation challenges and support timely resolution to ensure smooth program delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, medical institutions, partners, technical experts, and funders for effective implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder consultations, review meetings, trainings, and coordination calls.
  • Support communication and coordination between field teams, technical teams, and project leadership.

Team Supervision and Capacity Building

  • Supervise and support project staff, field teams, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of activities and outputs.
  • Facilitate capacity-building activities, trainings, and supportive supervision for project teams and frontline workers.

Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting

  • Lead monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting activities, including preparation of progress reports, presentations, and review documents.
  • Support documentation of implementation processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Contribute to development of technical documents, training materials, proposals, concept notes, scientific reports, manuscripts, and dissemination materials.

Financial and Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor project expenditures and support compliance with organisational policies, donor guidelines, and administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance and administrative teams for smooth program operations.
