Job Description
Program Planning and Management
- Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the project across multiple sites.
- Develop and monitor work plans, timelines, budgets, implementation strategies, and reporting frameworks aligned with project objectives and donor requirements.
- Oversee implementation of community-based digital health interventions including screening camps, telemedicine services, referral pathways, digital workflows, and follow-up systems.
- Identify implementation challenges and support timely resolution to ensure smooth program delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, medical institutions, partners, technical experts, and funders for effective implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder consultations, review meetings, trainings, and coordination calls.
- Support communication and coordination between field teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
Team Supervision and Capacity Building
- Supervise and support project staff, field teams, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of activities and outputs.
- Facilitate capacity-building activities, trainings, and supportive supervision for project teams and frontline workers.
Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting
- Lead monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting activities, including preparation of progress reports, presentations, and review documents.
- Support documentation of implementation processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Contribute to development of technical documents, training materials, proposals, concept notes, scientific reports, manuscripts, and dissemination materials.
Financial and Administrative Oversight
- Monitor project expenditures and support compliance with organisational policies, donor guidelines, and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and administrative teams for smooth program operations.
