Job Description
Program Coordination and Implementation
- Support overall coordination and smooth implementation of project activities across sites.
- Assist in preparation and dissemination of implementation plans, timelines, and activity trackers, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Support day-to-day program operations and implementation-related activities.
- Ensure effective inter- and intra-departmental coordination for project activities.
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, review meetings, and coordination calls.
- Support communication and coordination with project partners, government stakeholders, technical experts, and implementation teams.
- Serve as an associate focal point for the program secretariat and support dissemination of program- related communication.
Content Development and Capacity Building
- Support desk reviews, scoping reviews, and literature reviews for content curation and program activities.
- Coordinate development of program content, technical materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Support planning, delivery, and monitoring of training and capacity-building activities.
Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting
- Support monitoring, quality assurance, feedback collection, and reporting activities related to the program.
- Maintain documentation, databases, analytics, meeting records, and communication archives related to the project.
- Draft progress reports, review documents, scientific reports, proposals, presentations, and other program-related documentation as required.
- Support preparation of manuscripts, papers, and dissemination materials arising from the project.
Administrative and Other Responsibilities
- Report regularly to the Program Manager and Program Lead on project progress and implementation challenges.
- Travel to project sites for implementation support, monitoring visits, trainings, meetings, and reviews as required.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor, Program Manager, or Project Lead in the interest of the project.
