  • Manage end-to-end processing of beneficiary cases from partner hospitals.
  • Verify, compile, and maintain accurate documentation with a quick turnaround time.
  • Coordinate and present cases effectively to the Beneficiary Recommendation Committee (BRC)
  • Maintain and update beneficiary databases and ensure seamless process management
  • Liaise with partner hospitals and the internal team for smooth case handling.
  • Track processes, ensure timely completion, and support reporting requirements.
