Job Description
- Ensure overall coordination of the program to ensure smooth and effective implementation
- Organise various stakeholder meetings, workshops, trainings, and review meetings
- Responsible for desk reviews, and literature reviews for content curation and program activities.
- Coordinate the development and review of training content, materials and learning resources.
- Responsible for documentation, analytics and reporting activities related to the program
- Prepare and disseminate program implementation plans, and monitor progress
- Ensure the smooth inter-intra departmental coordination for the program
- Support planning, delivery, and monitoring of training activities
- Support in organising all the state-level trainings and coordinate for all stakeholder engagement meetings during the implementation phase
