Job Description
- Plan, organize, and supervise packing operations for tablets and capsules as per production schedule.
- Ensure proper line clearance before batch initiation and after product changeover.
- Monitor primary and secondary packing activities (blister, strip, bottle, carton) to ensure compliance with BPR.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during packing operations.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and productivity of packing staff.
- Review Batch Packing Records (BPR) and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
