1. Operate and monitor tablet manufacturing processes (Granulation, Compression, Coating).
2. Ensure adherence to SOPs, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), and GMP guidelines.
3. Perform line clearance before batch start-up.
4. Maintain accurate production and batch documentation.
5. Monitor in-process checks and coordinate with QA department.
6. Handle equipment like compression machines, coating pans, granulators, and blenders.
7. Report deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues to seniors.
8. Maintain cleanliness and safety in production area.
9. Achieve daily production targets as per plan.
10. Assist during internal and external audits.
