2. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and GMP compliance.
3. Monitor adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and cleanliness in the production area.
4. Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and documentation.
5. Identify production issues or deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
6. Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
7. Assist in process optimization, equipment utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Train and guide junior production staff on operational procedures and best practices
