- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and ensure accurate production documentation.
- Coordinate with QA and QC departments to maintain product quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
