• Carry out manufacturing activities as per BMR/BPR and SOPs.
• Monitor batch processing, mixing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, filling, etc.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
• Prepare and weigh raw materials accurately for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor chemical reactions, processing parameters, and in-process controls during production.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards throughout production.
• Record all production activities, observations, and deviations in production logs.
