Job Description

1. Execute manufacturing activities as per approved batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs.
2. Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene standards on the shop floor.
3. Operate and monitor production equipment and processes as per validated parameters.
4. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of production activities and batch records.
5. Ensure adherence to SOPs, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), and GMP guidelines.
6. Maintain accurate batch documentation and production records.
7. Handle capsule filling machines (Automatic / Semi-automatic).
8. Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and approvals.
9. Report deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues.
