- Job Title: Production Granulation Officer
- Location: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited - Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir
- Qualification: Bpharm / Mpharm
- Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Job Description
- Execute granulation activities (wet/dry granulation) as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Operate equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multi Mill, and Blender.
- Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, temperature, moisture content, and drying time.
- Ensure line clearance before batch initiation and after product changeover.
- Maintain proper documentation of manufacturing activities in BMR and logbooks.
- Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
