Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely manufacturing of products.
- Ensure production processes follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and company quality standards.
- Monitor production operations and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other production documentation.
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
