- Execute and monitor production activities as per approved BMR & SOP.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Maintain product quality and process compliance.
- Supervise operators and production staff.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and approvals.
- Handle line clearance and product changeover activities.
- Report and investigate deviations in coordination with QA.
- Maintain production documentation and records accurately.
