4. Conduct in-process checks and document observations for each batch.
5. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished products.
6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of compounding lab and equipment.
7. Identify and report deviations, inconsistencies, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
