- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and pediatric ventilators.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and pediatric dosage calculations accurately.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures (intubation, CPR, central line).
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Record and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
