• Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutrition as prescribed.
• Operate and manage PICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Assist doctors during pediatric emergencies and critical procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to critically ill children.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Observe patient condition and immediately report any deterioration.
