Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per doctor prescriptions.
- Maintain proper inventory control, stock levels, and prevent stock shortages.
- Monitor expiry medicines and ensure timely removal and replacement.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and medicine procurement.
- Maintain records of narcotic and scheduled drugs as per legal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Drug Control regulations and NABH/JCI standards.
- Lead and manage pharmacy staff, prepare duty rosters, and handle audits & reporting.
