• Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per doctor prescriptions.
• Maintain proper inventory control, stock levels, and prevent stock shortages.
• Monitor expiry medicines and ensure timely removal and replacement.
• Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and medicine procurement.
• Maintain records of narcotic and scheduled drugs as per legal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Drug Control regulations and NABH/JCI standards.
• Lead and manage pharmacy staff, prepare duty rosters, and handle audits & reporting.
