Job Description

Job Title: Pharmacist
Qualification: DPharm/BPharm
Location: AJ Hospital & Research Centre - Mangalore, Karnataka
Work Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Job Description

Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription.
Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and precautions.
Maintain proper storage and inventory of medicines, ensuring expiry control.
Monitor and document controlled and narcotic drugs as per regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication requirements.
Maintain pharmacy records, billing, and update hospital/pharmacy software systems.
