1. We seek a compassionate, certified Paediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The clinician will diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, promote preventive health, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients from neonates to adolescents.
2. Perform well-child examinations, immunizations, growth and developmental surveillance, and anticipatory guidance.
3. Manage acute illnesses and common pediatric emergencies; stabilize and refer complex cases as needed.
4. Develop and implement individualized care plans for chronic conditions.
5. Communicate effectively with families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis; obtain informed consent.
6. Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, therapists, and allied health professionals; participate in case conferences.
7. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record and complete required administrative tasks.
8. Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, teaching of trainees (if any), and community health initiatives.
9. Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, infection control, and safeguarding protocols.
