Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Meet patients after their doctor consultation and explain the recommended treatment plan in simple, clear terms.
2. Present session counts, pricing, packages and payment options honestly and confidently.
3. Understand each patient’s goals, budget and hesitations, and handle objections around price, pain, downtime, results and safety.
4. Convert consultations into treatment bookings and packages, and close sales on the same visit wherever possible.
5. Upsell and cross-sell suitable add-ons, combination treatments and maintenance plans, only where they genuinely benefit the patient.
6. Coordinate with the doctor and therapists so the plan matches the medical advice.
7. Schedule sessions and follow up with patients who didn’t book, paused their treatment, or are due for their next session.
8. Maintain patient records, billing details and sales data in the CRM or tracker.
9. Look after premium, corporate and NRI patients with a warm, professional experience.
10. Gather reviews, testimonials and referrals from satisfied patients.
11. Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements

1. Graduate (any stream); a background in healthcare, cosmetology or aesthetics is a plus
2. Proven experience selling services or packages face to face, ideally at a clinic
3. Excellent spoken English and Hindi (Punjabi is a bonus)
4. Well-groomed, confident, empathetic and trustworthy. Patients should feel advised, not pushed.
5. Strong closing and negotiation skills, with comfort discussing money
6. Basic knowledge of skin and hair treatments preferred. Full training will be provided.
7. Comfortable with billing, Excel/Google Sheets and a CRM
