Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day packing operations to ensure timely completion of batches as per production schedule.
- Ensure proper line clearance, batch reconciliation, and compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce utilization on packing lines.
- Verify packing materials (cartons, labels, inserts, shippers) before use and ensure correct batch coding and overprinting.
- Coordinate with QA and Production departments to ensure smooth line operations and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation including BPR/BMR entries, packing records, and reconciliation reports.
