• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards during packing activities.
• Monitor and verify packing materials (labels, cartons, inserts) for accuracy, availability, and batch coding.
• Perform line clearance, batch reconciliation, and in-process checks to prevent errors.
• Maintain accurate documentation including Batch Packing Records (BPR), reconciliation sheets, and deviation reports.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Warehouse teams for smooth packing line operations.
