Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and interview scheduling.
  • Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance with accounts team.
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies, procedures and company guidelines.
  • Support performance appraisal and training & development activities.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS and maintain HR databases.
