• Ensure accurate completion of Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Conduct line clearance and verify labels, cartons, and batch coding.
• Monitor packing quality and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Supervise packing staff and allocate shift-wise responsibilities.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Warehouse teams.
• Handle deviations, breakdowns, and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and packing reports.
