Job Description
- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries by arranging instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols in the operation theatre.
- Operate and maintain OT equipment such as surgical lights, suction machines, and monitors.
- Handle surgical instruments during procedures and ensure proper counting before and after surgery.
